As a Life Skills Coach (LSC), you provide crucial heartfelt direct care services for deserving individuals.
You will help the clients to help themselves by providing various client-focused and client-driven services that help them be successful in their communities.
Our staff provide empathy and respect to individuals while working in a team dynamic to ensure the best possible care - assisting/encouraging clients to make progress towards their overall goals.

50/hour for hours worked between 6am and 6pm.
+$5/hour incentive pay for picked-up shifts.
+$10/hour incentive pay for 'stat' picked-up shifts.
Hourly Wage increases $0.
25/hour after successful completion of a probationary period (90 days).
